Ukraine: No Problems There!

There is obviously some uncertainty now (late April 2010) about Russian adoptions. The good news is that things are just fine in Ukraine! Ukrainian adoptions can be very attractive, and the Russian-Ukrainian Private Adoption Project was established to help adoptive parents like YOU.
